Canada Post issues new stamp celebrating 100 years of the Alpine Club of Canada

Yet mountaineering enthusiasts share a love of the outdoors and a camaraderie of spirit that makes them love their sport like no other. Canada Post will recognize this hardy sport, and the centennial of the country's premier climbing club, with a domestic-rate postage stamp that will be available for sale in post offices across the country on July 19.
