Upcoming Monaco issues

Monaco Philatelic Bureau issue three new stamps on 17 July commemorating a range of subjects.

Two of the stamps feature Italian artists, namely author Dino Buzzati and film director Luchino Visconti, whilst the third issue focuses on Monaco's involvement with the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans in the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and contiguous Atlantic area, also known as ACCOBAM.
